Wisco Love: August 2015

Babydoll,

Every month just keeps getting better and better! Everyday you amaze me with what you can do, showing me that you are truly such an amazingly smart girl! We've had so much fun this month, going on lots of adventures, taking lots of naps together and of course smooching and snuggling all day long!

Things you Love:

- rolling the length of a room

- eating the sun on your jumper

- waking up at 11pm, 2am, 5am! Really working on this sleeping thing this month.

- Still smiling constantly!

- yelling!
- sticking your tongue out

- eating your feet
- your new dark room, thanks due our beautiful new black, garbage bags covering the windows
- Katy Perry, Dark Horse..all day, everyday.
- white noise app, Heavy Rain :)
- listening to Mama talk about anything and everything

Things you Dislike:

- napping. We try for 3 a day but you have your own plan for the day!

- the car still. Its growing on you though and I definitely feel like you are learning to tolerate it.

- your inability to crawl! You just want to go go go but only seem to move backwards.

- baby food! You are so interested in what we eat but haattee weird things in your mouth

Events

We went on our first family vacation to St. Louis! You were extremely well behaved in the car ride and all of our adventures! We really went at the perfect time. We created some amazing memories and I loved every second of it.

- We've walked at least 10,000 steps everyday together. You prefer to be held for the majority of these steps :)

- You mastered rolling both ways this month which means we are done with the swaddle! You like to be swaddled while you eat the bottle but then we take you out and you roll like a champ all night long. You love to sleep right on your face which gives Mama a mini-heart attack!

- Seeing as this is my last month at home with you, I've allowed myself to slow down and take plenty of naps with you. I try so hard to soak in every ounce of you as I know these days are together are fleeting. I have loved every second of being home this summer.
